Organizational flow audits: $25K–$45K. Vendor risk assessments: $18K–$35K. Scaling advisory: $35K–$60K. Pricing is fixed—no hourly surprises. All fees are transparent upfront.
Do you work with smaller organizations?
Our sweet spot is organizations with $5M–$200M revenue and 20–150 employees. We occasionally take smaller clients, but our methodology assumes a certain level of complexity. If you're early-stage, we're happy to discuss fit during a free consultation.
What if we don't implement your recommendations?
We won't leave you with a report you won't use. Our process is designed to build buy-in as we go. By the time recommendations are delivered, your team should already understand why they matter and how to execute. We stay engaged to support implementation.
